This interactive course goes beyond the numbers to uncover the real human experiences shaping patient care. Through Stephanie S. Abbott’s dual perspective as both executive and patient, participants will explore the gap between reported satisfaction and lived reality. In guided working sessions, teams surface their own challenges, share stories from patients and staff, and uncover hidden opportunities. Together, we brainstorm solutions, prioritize actions, and design strategies that are practical, sustainable, and built by their teams - for their teams. Participants leave with a clear, customized roadmap for transforming the patient and staff experience in meaningful, lasting ways.
